Cancellations & Refunds
Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax +39 065194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until July 17, 2017 – 100% refund minus 50$ handeling fee
Cancellation from July 17, 2017 to August 3, 2017 – 50% refund
Cancellation done after August 3, 2017 or no shows – no refund
After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress/course.
