Important notice

  • No registrations without proof of payment will be confirmed.
  • Only credit card payment will be accepted for late registration payment.
  • Only cash or credit card payment will be accepted on-site registration payment.
  • Special food requiries has to be written on the registration form or communicated to the secretariat,


Should you decide to pay by bank transfer, please indicate it when registering. The EEM Srl, the ISNI Society or ASNI are not liable for any added charges on top of the original course fee. The responsibility of any possible added costs are on the bank and yourself. Please pay any extra charge to the bank and not the EEM, the ISNI Society or ASNI. Please make sure with your bank that the amount of the registration fee will arrive to the receiptient EEM net of any charge or bank commission.

Bank transfer payment method will be available only until September 30, 2017. After that only credit card payments will be accepted.


All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail of their registration. Registrations are generally processed within one business day after received. During the bussiest registration periods, your registration may take up to 7 business days to process.

An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requests according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistic and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the congress/course. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desk in order to collect your congress/course badge.

Name Change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress/course may nominate a substitute participant free of charge by notifying the Organising Secretariat in writing on or before September 30, 2017. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site.

Cancellations & Refunds

Any cancellation of registration have to be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail or by fax +39 065194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until July 17, 2017 – 100% refund minus 50$ handeling fee
Cancellation from July 17, 2017 to August 3, 2017 – 50% refund
Cancellation done after August 3, 2017 or no shows – no refund

After this date no refund of fees can be made, however, you are allowed to nominate another person to take your registration see point ‘name changes’. All accepted refunds will be made after the congress/course.



Disclaimer / Release and Waiver of Liability

In the very unlikely case of the occurence of extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, state of emergency, outbreak of war) beyond the control of the congress organizer, International Society of Neuroimmunology (ISNI), ISNI, Americas School of Neuroimmunology (ASNI), have the right to immediately alter or cancel the course or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the 2nd Americas School of Neuroimmunology Course. In such a case the participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any wilful damage or gross negligence committed by the congress organizer, the congress organizer shall at any time not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants,including consequential and immaterial damage caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.

The sole agent in charge of the organization is the EEM Srl. EEM will not accept liability for any damage and/or loss that may incurred by a congress participant or his/her companion during the official activities of the congress/course or the scheduled excursions/events. All participants are to take part in all the activities of the congress/course at their own risk. Participants are advised to charge any loss or damage they might incure during the congress/course to their insurance. EEM will not accept responsibility for the individual medical, travel or personal insurance of the congress/course participants. All participants are strongly advised to obtain a personal insurance before attending the congress/course. EEM will not be responsible for any personal accident, loss or damage to private property of this attending the congress/course.
